Cancellation & No Show Policy-

In order to secure your appointment for your services, we require a card on file. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. No shows and cancellations within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be required to pay 50% of the service. (Botox/Dysport $100 Fee) Thank you for your continued support. 

Boutique Policy-

We offer free returns on all orders as long as the item is still in new condition. You have 30 days to bring the item back with all tags. All items will be exchanged for store credit and final sale items cannot be returned. 

Botox Policy- 

Please note if you do not follow the recommended dosing plan of care for neuromodulators injections, a courtesy two week follow up will not be applicable.
